UEC Chairman U Hla Thein meets with ROK Ambassador Mr.Lee Sang-hwa in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

            CHAIRMAN of the Union Election Commission (UEC) U Hla Thein received a delegation led by the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea (ROK) to Myanmar, Mr.Lee Sang-hwa, at his office in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.

            During the meeting, the UEC Chairman discussed the arrangement by the ROK National Election Commission (NEC) to observe the electoral process held in South Korea, the ICT-based electoral management courses offered by the Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB), while the ROK Ambassador discussed continued support in Myanmar's electoral  process co-provided by the NEC of ROK and A-WEB. Next, they cordially dicussed electoral processes.
