Basic Requirement to Get Service
The person who applies SME Member card must have the relevant license, permit or registration certificate. If the small and medium enterprises are not required to have license, permit or registered certificate, they shall be eligible with the following facts:
- no impact on public health for those who live in surrounding area.
- less impact on natural and socio-economic environment and provide environmental conservation to comply with the regulation
- fire safety.
- no adverse-effect on safety of workplace and health of workers.
Service Fee
Small enterprise – 5,000 MMK
Medium enterprise – 10,000 MMK
Required Documents
- A copy of ID card
- 4 passport size photos
- The application form of SME members
- A copy of license or permission or registration issued by concerned department
Steps to Apply
Step (1):
Apply with application form and required documents related to region/ state or district Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection.
Step (2):
District Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection will collect the complete and accurate forms and submit to head office.
Step(3):
Once Head Office of Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection permits, SMEs Card will be issued which indicates two years term of recognition to the respective branch offices and each branches will contact to the applicants.
