ဘဏ္ဍာရေးနှစ်တစ်နှစ်တာကာလအတွင်း စားသောက်ဆိုင်လုပ်ငန်းလုပ်ကိုင်ခွင့်လိုင်စင် လျှောက်ထား ရာတွင် ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်သင့်လျော်၍ဘေးဥပါဒ် ကင်းရှင်းမှု ရှိ/မရှိစစ်ဆေးခြင်းတို့ ဆောင်ရွက်ပါသည်။ ထိုသို့ ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် စစ်ဆေးမည့်လုပ်ငန်းများကိုစိစစ်ပြီး စစ်ဆေးမှုခံယူရမည့်လုပ်ငန်း များသို့ အကြောင်းကြားစာ ပေးပို့ခြင်း၊ ကွင်းဆင်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ ဝန်ဆောင်ခ ကောက်ခံခြင်း၊ ထောက်ခံချက် လက်မှတ်ထုတ်ပေးခြင်းစသည် လုပ်ငန်း စဉ်များဖြင့် ဆောင်ရွက်ပါသည်။ |

ကျန်းမာရေးထောက်ခံချက်ထုတ်ပေးရာတွင် ဆိုင်ရှင်/တာဝန်ခံ၏ လိုင်စင်ဓာတ်ပုံ(၂)နှင့် စည်းကြပ်ခွန် ပေးဆောင်ထားမှသာ ယင်းထောက်ခံချက် ကဒ်အားစိစစ်ထုတ်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ |
