Services Requirements
Those which to attend the trainings;
- Must be Myanmar citizen (Male/Female)
- Must have experience for sitting matriculation examination
- Between 17 and 25 years old (between 16 and 25 only for ITC (Sinde))
- Must be single
- Must be in good health
- Must be obey the rules and regulations and willingness to attend to their graduation
Service Fee
Dining Fee will be 15,000 kyats per month for regular trainings and (3) month short courses. (Depends on current commodities prices)

- Copy of the National Citizenship Scrutinization Card
- Three license photos
- Recommendation from local police station
- Recommendation for sitting matriculation examination
- Recommendation for health condition (original)

To produce the excellence skilled workers as the driving force of national industrial development and to place them in appropriate fields of carrer interest.
To adjust unbalance of demand and supply of skilled workers

There are (6) Industrial Training Centers under Training Centers Supervision Department, Directorate of Industrial Collaboration, Ministry of Industry. Approximately 1000 trainees are nurtured annually from those ITCs in order to train the skilled workers for industrial sector development and to produce the human resources development with the cooperation of partner organizations of donor countries as follows;

Covid-19ရောဂါ ကာကွယ်ထိန်းချုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် စွမ်းစွမ်းတမံ တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင် လျက်ရှိ ကြသော မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီးအတွင်းရှိ ခရိုင် နှင့် မြို့နယ် အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဦးစီးဌာန ဝန်ထမ်း သုံးထောင်ကျော်အား တိုင်းဒေသကြီးအစိုးရအဖွဲ့နှင့်အလှူရှင်များက ယနေ့ ညနေပိုင်းတွင် ဂုဏ်ပြုချီးမြှင့်ငွေ များပေးအပ်ခဲ့သည်။
မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီးအတွင်း ခရိုင် ၇ ခရိုင် ၊မြို့နယ် ၂၈ မြို့နယ်နှင့် မြို့ ၆ မြို့တို့တွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နေကြသော အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေး ဦးစီးဌာန အရာထမ်းအမှုထမ်း ၃ဝ၂၂ ဦးတို့အတွက် တစ်ဦးလျှင် ငွေကျပ် ၁၅၀၀၀နှုန်း ဖြင့် စုစုပေါင်း ဂုဏ်ပြုငွေ ၄၅၃၃၀၀၀၀ ကျပ် ကို ချီးမြှင့် ခဲ့ဲခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
“ ငွေကြေးပမာဏအနေနဲ့ပြောရရင်တော့ ဘာမှမများပေမယ့် အားလုံးမှာ အသိအမှတ်ပြုတဲ့ စေတနာရှိပါတယ်၊ ထောက်ပံ့ချင်တဲ့ စေတနာ ရှိတယ်ဆိုတာကိုတော့ ပြရာရောက်ပါတယ်၊ ကိုဗစ်-၁၉ ရောဂါ ကမမျှော်လင့် ပဲဖြစ်လာတဲ့ ကပ်ရောဂါအန္တရာယ်တစ်ခုပါ၊ တစ်နှစ်နီးပါးရှိပါပြီ၊ ပင်ပင်ပန်းပန်းလုပ်ကြရတာ မန္တလေးတိုင်းအတွင်းမှာလည်း ၄၊ ၅လလောက်ရှိနေပါပြီ၊ အဓိက ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ထမ်းတွေအထွေထွေ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေး ဦးစီးဌာနက ဝန်ထမ်းတွေ၊ Volunteer တွေလည်းပါပါတယ်၊ အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနက ဝန်ထမ်းတွေတကယ်အလုပ်လုပ်ခဲ့ရတာ ကလည်းမျက်မြင်ကိုယ်တွေ့ပါပဲ၊ တကယ်လည်းလုပ်ခဲ့ရပါတယ်၊ ဘယ်တော့အထိ သွားမယ်ဆိုတာမသိသေးပါဘူး၊ ရှေ့ဆက်လုပ်ရမယ့်လုပ်ငန်း တွေရှိဦးမှာပါ၊ အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနက ဝန်ထမ်းတွေကိုလည်း အခုဂုဏ်ပြုချီးမြှင့်ငွေကျပ် တစ်သောင်းခွဲကို မြန်မြန်ဆန်ဆန်လေးပေး သွားဖို့လိုပါတယ်”ဟု မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီး ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ဒေါက်တာဇော်မြင့်မောင်ကပြောသည်။
ထို့ပြင် ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်က အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနအနေဖြင့်ဦးစီးပြီး လုပ်ငန်းများဆောင်ရွက်ရသဖြင့် တိုက်တွန်းထောက်ခံနေသကဲ့သို့ ဝေဖန်အကြံပြုစရာများလည်းရှိကြောင်း၊ နိုင်ငံတော်ကနေထောက်ပံ့ကြေးငွေများပေးအပ်သည့်အခါမှာ ပြဿနာများနှင့် တိုင်ကြားမှုများလည်း ရှိကြောင်း၊ ငွေကြေးကိစ္စများကို ကိုင်တွယ်ရသည်မှာလည်း အခက်အခဲများစွာရှိသဖြင့် အောက်ခြေအဆင့်အထိသိရှိနိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ကြ ရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ ဥပဒေနှင့်အညီ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ပြည်သူ့ဘဏ္ဍာများဖြစ်သဖြင့် ကြပ်မတ်စွာဆောင်ရွက်ကြရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းလည်း တိုက်တွန်းပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
အဆိုပါ ထောက်ပံ့ငွေပေးအပ်ရာတွင် မန္တလေးခရိုင်ရုံးမှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၅၃ ဦး၊ ပြင်ဦးလွင်ခရိုင်မှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၄၆၉ဦး၊ ကျောက်ဆည်ခရိုင်မှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၅၀၅ ဦး၊မိတ္ထီလာခရိုင်မှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၄၆၃ ဦး၊ မြင်းခြံခရိုင်မှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၄၇၆ဦး၊ ရမည်းသင်းခရိုင်မှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၂၇၀ ဦး၊ ညောင်ဦးခရိုင်မှ ဝန်ထမ်း၃၆၀ ဦး၊ အောင်မြေသာစံမြို့နယ်ရုံးမှဝန်ထမ်း ၅၀ ဦး၊ ချမ်းအေးသာစံမြို့နယ်ရုံးမှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၅၂ ဦး၊ မဟာအောင်မြေမြို့နယ်ရုံးမှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၄၇ဦး၊ ချမ်းမြသာစည်မြို့နယ်ရုံးမှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၄၄ ဦး၊ ပြည်ကြီးတံခွန်မြို့နယ်ရုံးမှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၄၉ ဦး၊ အမရပူရမြို့နယ်ရုံးမှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၉၆ ဦး၊ ပုသိမ်ကြီး မြို့နယ်ရုံးမှ ဝန်ထမ်း ၈၈ ဦး ပါဝင်ပြီး ဂုဏ်ပြုငွေများကို တိုင်းဒေသကြီးဝန်ကြီးချုပ် နှင့် အစိုးရအဖွဲ့ အဖွဲ့အစည်းဝင်များက အသီးသီးပေးအပ်ချီးမြှင့်ခဲ့ကြသည်။
ဂုဏ်ပြုချီးမြှင့်ငွေပေးအပ်ခြင်း အခမ်းအနားတွင် မန္တလေးခရိုင်အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဦးစီးဌာန အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူး ဦးအောင်မွန်လတ်က ဝန်ထမ်း များကိုယ်စား ကျေးဇူးတင်စကားပြန်လည်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီးအတွင်း ခရိုင် ၇ ခရိုင် ၊မြို့နယ် ၂၈ မြို့နယ်နှင့် မြို့ ၆ မြို့တို့တွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နေကြသော အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေး ဦးစီးဌာန အရာထမ်းအမှုထမ်း ၃ဝ၂၂ ဦးတို့အတွက် တစ်ဦးလျှင် ငွေကျပ် ၁၅၀၀၀နှုန်း ဖြင့် စုစုပေါင်း ဂုဏ်ပြုငွေ ၄၅၃၃၀၀၀၀ ကျပ် ကို ချီးမြှင့် ခဲ့ဲခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

ထို့ပြင် ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်က အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနအနေဖြင့်ဦးစီးပြီး လုပ်ငန်းများဆောင်ရွက်ရသဖြင့် တိုက်တွန်းထောက်ခံနေသကဲ့သို့ ဝေဖန်အကြံပြုစရာများလည်းရှိကြောင်း၊ နိုင်ငံတော်ကနေထောက်ပံ့ကြေးငွေများပေးအပ်သည့်အခါမှာ ပြဿနာများနှင့် တိုင်ကြားမှုများလည်း ရှိကြောင်း၊ ငွေကြေးကိစ္စများကို ကိုင်တွယ်ရသည်မှာလည်း အခက်အခဲများစွာရှိသဖြင့် အောက်ခြေအဆင့်အထိသိရှိနိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ကြ ရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ ဥပဒေနှင့်အညီ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ပြည်သူ့ဘဏ္ဍာများဖြစ်သဖြင့် ကြပ်မတ်စွာဆောင်ရွက်ကြရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းလည်း တိုက်တွန်းပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

MoH Union Minister holds coordination meeting on RDT use for international flight passengers, inspects preparations at Yangon International Airport

UNION Minister for Health Prof Dr Thet Khaing Win presided over a coordination meeting on plans to change into an RDT system for international flights on 27 April.
During the meeting, the Union minister said the infection rate of COVID-19 has declined in most regional countries, including Myanmar. Specific activities are also prioritized systematically to ease COVID-19 rules and regulations as the COVID-19 vaccine coverage becomes high.
The government also arranged to ensure the reopening of international flights and systematic COVID-19 health rules for the tourist and Myanmar citizen arrivals to develop the country’s global tourism industry.
He also talked about the declining positive cases among the passengers in commercial flights and relief flights, challenges in the resumption of commercial aviation, and the COVID19 Antigen Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) to save time and money for flight passengers.
Then, meeting attendees discussed proper services for passengers, plans to change into RDT (draft) and current challenges during the resumption of international flights, visas, health insurance, collection of Myanmar kyats for RDT test, preparations to avoid mass gatherings in RDT test section at the airport, taking swab samples, quality RDT test kits and other matters.
The Union minister instructed necessary things and concluded the meeting.
The Union minister and relevant officials inspected the preparations to conduct COVID-19 tests using RDT on the passengers of regular international flights at Yangon International Airport yesterday.
During the inspection tour, the Union minister instructed officials to systematically collect data from passengers, swab samples, the opening of more swab counters to avoid mass gathers while waiting for their test results, establish an exchange counter, welfare of airport staff and disease control activities when the results show positive.
The Ministry of Health allowed the international flights starting 17-4-2022 as per COVID-19 health rules under the COVID-19 Central Committee on Prevention, Control and Treatment and decided to use RDT at the Yangon International Airport soon to save the cost as the infection rate drops.

မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင် ပြည်ထောင်စုရှေ့နေချုပ်က အမှာစကားပြောကြား ရာတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ UPR တတိယအကျော့ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးဆိုင်ရာ အစီရင်ခံစာကို ၇-၁၀-၂၀၂၀ ရက်နေ့တွင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကောင်စီ UPR လုပ်ငန်းအဖွဲ့ရုံးသို့ ပေးပို့တင်ပြခဲ့ပြီး ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း၊ အဆိုပါ လုပ်ငန်းအဖွဲ့၏ ၃၇ ကြိမ်မြောက် အစည်းအဝေးကာလအတွင်း ၂၅-၁-၂၀၂၁ ရက်နေ့တွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အစီရင်ခံစာအပေါ် သုံးသပ်မှုခံယူခြင်းကို ဆောင်ရွက်မည် ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း၊ ထိုသို့ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် Covid-19 အခြေအနေကြောင့် ဂျီနီဗာရှိ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အမြဲတမ်း ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ရုံးက ကိုယ်တိုင်တက်ရောက်၍ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ဝင်များက Video Conferencing ဖြင့် တက်ရောက်မည်ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း၊ သုံးသပ်မှုခံယူစဉ်အတွင်း မြန်မာ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့က ပြန်လည်ဖြေကြားခြင်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ဖြစ်ရာ လိုအပ်သော ကြိုတင် ပြင်ဆင်မှုများကို စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ကြရမည်ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း၊ ပြန်လည်ဖြေကြားမည့်ဌာနနှင့် အကြောင်းအရာများကို ယခုအစည်းအဝေးတွင် ဆွေးနွေးသတ်မှတ်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အချက်အလက် ပြည့်စုံစွာဖြင့် သတ်မှတ်ချိန်အတွင်း ထိရောက်စွာ တင်ပြနိုင်ရန် ဝိုင်းဝန်းဆောင်ရွက် ကြရမည် ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။
