၂၀၂၃-၂၀၂၄ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးနှစ်တွင် တိုင်းရင်းသားလူမျိုးများရေးရာဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ တိုင်းရင်းသား အခွင့်အရေးများကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနက နိုင်ငံတော်ဘဏ္ဍာရန်ပုံငွေ၊  မဲခေါင်- လန်ချန်းပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအထူးရန်ပုံငွေ (၂၀၂၁နှင့် ၂၀၂၂) တို့ဖြင့်‌ ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်၊ တောင် ကြီးမြို့နယ်၊ အေးသာယာမြို့၊ အမှတ် (၂) ရပ်ကွက်၊ အကွက်အမှတ်(၂၂)၊ ခပေါင်းရေကြည် ရပ်၌ “ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်တိုင်းရင်းသားရေးရာနှင့် သက်မွေးပညာသင်တန်းစင်တာ” စီမံကိန်းပါ  ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ (Lot-1 + Lot-2) ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် တိုင်းရင်းသား လူမျိုးများရေးရာဝန်ကြီးဌာန၏ (၂၁-၆-၂၀၂၃) ရက်နေ့တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သော စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေး ကော်မတီအစည်းအဝေးအမှတ်စဉ် (၁၂/၂၀၂၃) ၏ အတည်ပြုချက်အရ မိုးယံဝင့်ချီကုမ္ပဏီ လိမိတက်၊ နေရပ်လိပ်စာ -အမှတ် (၂၂) ၊ တူးမြောင်းလမ်း၊ မြို့မရပ်ကွက်၊ တောင်ကြီးမြို့သည် Lot-1 အတွက် လုပ်ငန်းတန်ဖိုး ကျပ် (၈၆၅.၆၅၅) သန်း ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ Lot-2 အတွက် ကျပ် (၅၄၉.၉၁၅) သန်းဖြင့် လည်းကောင်း တင်ဒါအောင်မြင်ကြောင်း ကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။
