၂၀၂၃-၂၀၂၄ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးနှစ်တွင် နိုင်ငံတော်ဘဏ္ဍာရန်ပုံငွေ၊ မဲခေါင် - လန်ချန်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု အထူးရန်ပုံငွေ (၂၀၂၁၊ ၂၀၂၂) တို့ဖြင့် ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်တိုင်းရင်းသားရေးရာနှင့်သက်မွေးပညာသင်တန်း စင်တာစီမံကိန်းပါ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက်  တိုင်းရင်းသားလူမျိုးများရေးရာဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ တိုင်းရင်းသားအခွင့်အရေးများကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနနှင့် မိုးယံဝင့်ချီ ကုမ္ပဏီလိမိတက်တို့အကြား လုပ်ငန်းအပ်နှံခြင်းသဘောတူစာချုပ်ချုပ်ဆိုသည့် အခမ်းအနားကို ၅-၇-၂၀၂၃ ရက်နေ့၊ နံနက် (၁၀ : ၀၀) နာရီအချိန်တွင် တိုင်းရင်းသားလူမျိုးများရေးရာဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ဝန်ကြီးရုံး အစည်းအဝေးခန်းမ၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ 

ပထမဦးစွာ တိုင်းရင်းသားလူမျိုးများရေးရာဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး Jeng Phang နော်တောင်က အဖွင့်အမှာစကားပြောကြားရာတွင် ရှမ်းပြည်နယ် တိုင်းရင်းသားရေးရာနှင့်သက်မွေး ပညာသင်တန်းစင်တာစီမံကိန်းပါ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် တင်ဒါအောင်မြင်သည့် မိုးယံဝင့်ချီကုမ္ပဏီလိမိတက်အတွက် ဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက်မိပါကြောင်း၊ တည်ဆောက်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းများဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် အရည်အသွေးပြည့်မီစွာဆောင်ရွက်ရန် လိုအပ်ပါကြောင်း၊ နိုင်ငံတော် စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်စီဥက္ကဋ္ဌ၏ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်အရ ယခုအဆောက်အဦသည် နှစ်ထပ်အဆောက်အဦမှ လေးထပ်အ‌ဆောက်အဦအဖြစ်သို့ တိုးမြှင့်ဆောက်လုပ်မည်ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း၊ အဆောက်အဦကို ဆောက်လုပ် ရာတွင် အရည်အသွေးပြည့်မီစွာနှင့် အချိန်မီပြီးစီးအောင်  ဆောက်လုပ်ရန် လိုအပ်ပါကြောင်း မှာကြား ခဲ့ပါသည်။ 

ဆက်လက်၍ ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ဦးဇော်အေးမောင်မှ အမှာစကားပြောကြားရာတွင် တည်ဆောက်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ တင်ဒါဗဟိုကော်မတီဥက္ကဋ္ဌအနေဖြင့် တင်ဒါအောင်မြင်သည့် မိုးယံဝင့်ချီကုမ္ပဏီလိမိတက်အတွက် ဝမ်းသာပါကြောင်း၊ တင်ဒါလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို အဂတိတရားကင်းရှင်းစွာဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပြီး ကောင်းမွန်သည့် ကုမ္ပဏီကို ရွေးချယ်နိုင်ခဲ့သည်ဟု ယူဆပါကြောင်း၊ ယခုအဆောက်အဦသည် နိုင်ငံ တော်ဘဏ္ဍာရန်ပုံငွေနှင့် မဲခေါင်-လန်ချန်းပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအထူးရန်ပုံငွေဖြင့် ဆောင်ရွက်သည့် စီမံကိန်းဖြစ်သောကြောင့် မိမိတို့ဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် နိုင်ငံတော်အတွက် အရေးကြီးပါကြောင်း၊ ယခင် နှစ်ထပ်အဆောက်အအုံကို မိုးယံဝင့်ချီကုမ္ပဏီမှပင် ဆောက်လုပ်ခဲ့သည်ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် ယခု ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်မည့်လုပ်ငန်းများအတွက်လည်း အကောင်းဆုံးဖြစ်မည်ဟု မျှော်လင့်ပါကြောင်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့နောက် မိုးယံဝင့်ချီကုမ္ပဏီလိမိတက်မှ မန်နေးဂျင်းဒါရိုက်တာ ဦးမြတ်ဟိန်းတိုးက ကျေးဇူးတင်စကားပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ 

 ဆက်လက်၍ တိုင်းရင်းသားအခွင့်အရေးများကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများနှင့် မိုးယံဝင့်ချီကုမ္ပဏီလိမိတက်မှ တာဝန်ရှိသူတို့သည် လုပ်ငန်းအပ်နှံခြင်း သဘောတူစာချုပ်များကို ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးနှင့် ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးတို့၏ ရှေ့မှောက်တွင် လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးချုပ်ဆိုခဲ့ပြီးနောက် စာချုပ်များကို ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
