Announcement on legal actions against electoral frauds

1.U Kyaw Soe Khaing, who lives in Kabo Village, Kabo Village Tract, TadaU Township, Kyaukse District in Mandalay Region, cast his votes at polling station No 1 in Kabo Village and then he voted again at polling station No 1 in Kya Swel Village. It was found that he voted twice.

2.U Kyi Zin, who lives in Ayo Gone Ward, Tamway Township, Yangon (East) District in Yangon Region, cast his votes at polling station No 5 in Ayoe Gone Ward and then he voted again at polling station No 8 in Quarter No 22, Dagon Myothit (South) Township. It was found that he voted twice.

3.Daw Phyu Phyu Win, who lives in Hlegu Township, Yangon (North) District in Yangon Region, cast her votes at polling station No 1 in Wah Yone Soon Village Tract and then she voted again at polling station No 4 in Inn Tine Village Tract. It was found that she voted twice.

4.U Soe Lwin, who lives in Shwepyitha Township, Yangon(North) District in Yangon Region, cast his votes at polling station No 5 in Quarter No 12 and then he voted again at polling station No 3 in Quarter No 5. It was found that he voted twice.

5.U Myint Win, who lives in Daunt Chaung Village, Kokko Village Tract, Labutta Township, Labutta District in Ayeyawady Region, cast his votes at polling station No 2 in Kha Naung Village and then he voted again at polling station No 3 in Malay Kyi Gone Village, Kanyin Village Tract. It was found that he voted twice.

6.About 70 protesters on five vehicles led by U Tun Tun Oo, U Thiha Aung, Daw Lwin Myat Noe (a) Noe Noe yelled in front of the Hlegu Township election sub-com-mission as they were not allowed to cast votes at polling station No 3 in Phaung Gyi (west) Village Tract, Hlegu Township, Yangon (north) District in Yangon Region.

7.U Kyaw Soe Khaing, U Kyi Zin, Daw Phyu Phyu Win, U Soe Lwin, U Myint Win, U Tun Tun Oo, U Thiha Aung and Daw Lwin Myat Noe (a) Noe Noe have been charged under Section 59 of the Hluttaw Election Law and Section 19 of the Peaceful Assembly and Peaceful Procession Law.
